Both Pea and Peapod have long been associated with Love and marriage because peapods shield little baby peas and ensure their safe delivery. The hungry little mouse can't resist this succulent treat designed by Michael Simpson.

This beautiful design is made in solid foundry bronze using the ancient method of lost wax casting. The design finished by the art of patination where various acids are applied to the surface of the bronze and heat applied to create a deep rich brown patina. The bronze is then sealed with a special wax which further enhances the colour and protects the bronze for years to come.

Your bronze is beautifully presented in a printed box containing a signed certificate of authenticity. The bronze is engraved with the sculptor’s signature and limited edition number, matching the certificate enclosed.

Robust and heavy ornament made from solid foundry bronze (not hollow).

Hand finished patina. Each figurine has a unique finish.

Each figurine is supplied in an attractive gift box and has the limited edition number engraved onto it.
