Sculptor Keith Sherwin has created this beautiful design of the little Jenny Wren with a sprig of delicate berries in it's beak. Cast in solid foundry bronze, the berries have been carefully highlighted with artist's oils to draw the eye. A hopeful design and thoughtful gift for nature and bird lovers. Limited edition of just 200.
All bronzes are produced using the lost wax method. Each bronze is decorated and
finished using the traditional method of patination and comes beautifully boxed
with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate also includes info about the artist and the edition number eg 7/250.

This solid bronze statue is crafted using the traditional lost-wax casting method, an ancient technique perfected over thousands of years. This process involves sculpting a detailed wax model, creating a heat-resistant mold, and pouring molten bronze into the cavity left by the melted wax. The result is a finely detailed, solid bronze piece with exceptional durability and craftsmanship.
