The Lily of the Valley flower represents Love, Joy, Sincerity. Happiness \u0026amp; luck. This little mouse can't resist the woodland plants sweetly scented, pendant bell shaped flowers. Designed by Michael Simpson. The strength of bronze is utilised in the sculpting of the fine stem gently curving over the curious mouse as it takes in the flowers scent.

This beautiful design is made in solid foundry bronze using the ancient method of lost wax casting. The design finished by the art of patination where various acids are applied to the surface of the bronze and heat applied to create a deep rich brown patina. The bronze is then sealed with a special wax which further enhances the colour and protects the bronze for years to come.

Your bronze is beautifully presented in a printed box containing a certificate of authenticity. The bronze is engraved with the sculptor’s signature and limited edition number, matching the certificate enclosed.

This solid bronze statue is crafted using the traditional lost-wax casting method, an ancient technique perfected over thousands of years. This process involves sculpting a detailed wax model, creating a heat-resistant mold, and pouring molten bronze into the cavity left by the melted wax. The result is a finely detailed, solid bronze piece with exceptional durability and craftsmanship.
