This stunning sculpture depicts these comical characters in their full glory, Pheasant Breaking Cover is a cold cast bronze sculpture by David Geenty.

David Geenty was born in England in 1945 and brought up in Southern Africa, his earliest impressions were formed on his father's ranch in Gonarhezho, a vast wilderness in the south-east region of present day Zimbabwe. He studied art in Johannesburg, influenced by Moses Kotler a renown South African sculptor. David's work has an incredible reputation throughout the world and his horse sculptures can be seen in the acclaimed Kentucky Museum of Racing History.

Made from solid cold cast bronze and hand finished to perfection. Fully felted on the bottom to protect surfaces. A wonderful ornamental wildlife sculpture for the home.
