30 cm (12 inches) boxing hare by Michael Simpson. Attractive sculpture for the home. Limited edition of just 75.

All bronzes are produced using the lost wax method. Each bronze is decorated and finished using the traditional method of patination and comes beautifully boxed with a certificate of authenticity. The certificate also includes info about the artist and the edition number eg 7/75.

Robust and heavy ornament made from solid foundry bronze (not hollow).

Hand finished patina. Each figurine has a unique finish.

This solid bronze statue is crafted using the traditional lost-wax casting method, an ancient technique perfected over thousands of years. This process involves sculpting a detailed wax model, creating a heat-resistant mold, and pouring molten bronze into the cavity left by the melted wax. The result is a finely detailed, solid bronze piece with exceptional durability and craftsmanship.
